Where: UBC Henry Angus Building, Room 098

   RSVP here:

It's all about making your dreams come true. Calling all world changers... There are some things we just need to get in order so that our life is pulling us towards our goal/dreams so that we can have fulfillment.

Understanding how to go from being a good to great (or first time to great) networker is key for a few reasons: 1) Any significant goal can not be accomplished alone and 2) There are very few ways to make an impact in the world without helping people.

This seminar will discuss the following topics:

+Defining healthy networking
+Build strong foundations vs chasing results
+Build quality vs quantity of relationships
+Enjoy exponential networking with ease
+Map a path to manifest your dream network

The guest speakers for this event are Fenton and Susie Eng:

If you have heard of the Leaning Tower of Pisa, you know how important foundation is for a building. It is the same for your own life! From a couple who semi-retired in their twenties, who have a great marriage, and who have helped thousands of people around the world to become more successful, this seminar is a part of the international and ultra popular Success Seminar Series. Guest speakers Fenton & Susie Eng will give you practical knowledge on how to build foundation in different aspects of your life. “We love the saying 'Give a man a fish, feed him for a day, teach him how to fish, feed him for a lifetime.' But why stop there when you can teach the man how to build a fishing fleet? Welcome to the movement.”

This event from World Changers International is in partnership with UBC Golden Key and UBC International Student Association of Sauder

Living with purpose is a way of understanding that you achieve your goals by design rather than scrambling and pushing for them. Imagine moving towards your goal or vision every day and being fulfilled every moment... Purposeful living is a habit and not a destination. It is knowing why you are on the path you are on and knowing where it will lead you.

Come and get inspired by our motivational talk:
Time: Tuesday, Jan 22nd, 7-9 pm
Location: (visible to confirmed attendees only)
To RSVP, join our the event online:
You will gain certainty in what your purpose is in life!

Discovering and clarifying your purpose is key. When going through life most of us look at WHAT the options are in front of us to see if we like them. Then we look at HOW to accomplish the WHAT we chose. Usually this ends up with us going down a path and hitting point when we realize we have no clue why we are doing what we are doing. Let’s identify your WHY first so that you can determine which HOW and WHAT will get you to your WHY. Your WHY will determine the size of obstacles you need to overcome.

When you know your WHY it will dictate the size of obstacles you have to overcome. The speaker will walk through how to anchor your goals so that you are able to see them through to completion.

Sven Winter - World Cup Skicross Racer
When Sven started competing professionally at 15 he was 7 years behind all of his competitors.  For his entire career he had a lack of funding, no talent or skill but sheer determination.  The rest is history with highlights that include representing Canada on the World Cup.  Sven retired from skiing after winning the opening race of the year last winter.  He realized his purpose was not to just get to the next podium but it was to “Empower and equip every single person in the world to achieve their full potential.”  It's unacceptable for us to allow society to decline the way it has been... if not me then who? If not now then when? We need to change the world to create a legacy that's worth leaving and empower others to pay it forward.
